DIRECTIONS
Sausage
Combine all the ingredients and marinate over night
Grind with a coarse disc
Take half of the mixture and grind it again with a medium grinder disc
Add the two grinds to a mixing bowl and mix with the paddle attachment on the stand mixer and mix on medium

Mix the water and milk powder, slowly add the meat while mixing
Keep paddling until the mixture is sticky
