Introducing: Cheetah For Families

We’ve turned our fleet of refrigerated trucks into mobile micro-fulfillment centers where you can pick up wholesale groceries and supplies via a “contact-free” next-day pickup. Simply drive up, show your order confirmation and our helpful agents will load your order into your car for you. 

Currently, we have nine different pickup locations around the Bay Area. You will find our Cheetah pick-up locations in Burlingame, Menlo Park, Oakland, Pleasanton, San Francisco, Santa Clara, Union City, and Walnut Creek.

We also gave restaurant owners the opportunity to use their empty parking lots as mobile fulfillment centers. Fred Parker, owner of Costa De Sol in Santa Clara, took us up on our offer to do just that. As a restaurant owner, we understand business can be tough. This was a unique way to bring traffic to Costa de Sol for take-out business and keep Fred’s team thriving. We’re open to offering this same opportunity to other restaurant owners as well! 

Cheetah carries everything from bakery items to beverages, cleaning products, dairy, meat, poultry, seafood, fresh produce, condiments, snacks and paper supplies. Available inventory is updated in the app in real time as orders are fulfilled, and you can place, modify, or cancel an order up until midnight for convenient next-day delivery.

Customer service agents are also available to help set up the app, assist with placing orders or help you find products. Once the order is completed, customers are given an order number and a pickup time window for safe, contactless loading from a designated pickup location. 

Venturing to traditional grocery and warehouse stores can be risky when you can’t know what they have available until you get there.  “I love that I know what I’m getting before I leave the house,” says Karen Evans from Lafayette, CA. “It’s like going to a big warehouse store without actually having to go to the warehouse store.” Cheetah provides assurance that the items in stock will be waiting for you at the pickup location, and you don’t even have to leave the car to get them.
