This is the first in a series of our friends and customers who we had the chance to capture. 

Eddie Westmoreland has been a fixture in the tri-valley area for decades. His Reataurant Eddie Papas has been a place where locals convene to get great food and a warm hug of hospitality. An avid Bourbon and whiskey collector, the selection behind the bar at @eddiepapashangout has gems that would make most bourbon collectors blush. He's balanced an entrepreneurial life of technology, restaurants, and most importantly being a dad. 

What's even more exciting is that Eddie recently joined our team at Cheetah and we couldn't be happier. Hopefully you'll get a chance to cross Eddie's path and if you're extra lucky, share a wee dram.
